Trinity Energy Group Land Services Approach

Trinity Energy Land Services was founded to provide a full array of cost effective land management services to our clients in the oil and gas, alternative energy, telecom and right-of-way industries.

To accomplish this, Trinity deploys a multi-pronged approach to the services we provide our clients:

A Synergistic Approach.  The leadership of Trinity Energy Land Services were selected in no small part because of the clear recognition of the synergies that would result from the combination of their individual skill sets as well as the "talent pools" from which each of us could draw.  We employ the same approach when fielding a crew for our clients, thus ensuring that our clients' needs will always be serviced by the most highly skilled landmen available.

A "Top Shelf" Workforce.  Trinity's founders have decades of combined experience in the land management industry and this has enabled us to build strong relationships with contractors across the entire United States.  Consequently, we are very selective of the landmen whom we will contract on behalf of our valued clients.  This approach is integral to our mission to become the standard against which all other land management companies will be measured.

"Real Time" Reporting.  As the proverb goes, "knowledge is power."  Accordingly, Trinity maintains a variety of project reporting templates which we can tailor to your specific needs and in turn transmit at the intervals you desire.  In the very near future, Trinity will be providing a secured, online portal for each client, thus enabling you to determine the status and progress of your project at any time - day or night.

Internal Cost Controls.  Trinity can field as large a crew as our clients' needs require.  Nevertheless, on a management level, we are committed to maintaining a small, efficient  operation.  Many of our administrative services are outsourced.  As such, many services we provide - such as GIS/Mapping or lease review and administration - are only billed to our clients for the actual time incurred.  We do not expect our clients to cover the  costs of a large full time back office staff.

Independent Accounting.  While the occurrence of "overbilling" or "bill padding" appears to have become an unfortunate standard of practice in our industry, Trinity will have no part of it.  All of our landmen, services and client billings are handled externally by an independent C.P.A. firm with a proven level of excellence and integrity in our industry.

Continuing Education.  Trinity strongly encourages continuing training and education to all our contractors and staff and, for those contractors that are new to the industry, we employ an ongoing mentoring program to insure that they develop to their full potential and thus provide the highest level of service to our clients.
